Website purpose

This website is provided for general information about our digital engineering services, including CAD design, PCB design, technical documentation, visualisation, and related support.

Nothing on this website constitutes engineering certification, a binding offer, or a guaranteed project commitment unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Services and quotations

All project inquiries are subject to review.

Any quotation, timeline, scope indication or proposal we provide is non-binding unless it is accepted in writing or confirmed in a separate agreement. Quotations are based on the information and materials available at the time they are prepared.

Scope of work

Our work is performed according to the agreed scope, deliverables, file formats, timing and revision limits, where applicable.

Additional work, design changes, extra revisions, updated requirements or services outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or separate approval.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely project information, reference files, technical requirements, feedback and approvals.

We are not responsible for delays, errors or additional work resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or late information supplied by the client.

Deliverables

Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include 3D CAD files, 2D drawings, PCB design files, rendered visuals, exchange formats and related documentation.

Unless otherwise agreed, files are delivered in the formats specified in the quotation or project correspondence.

Timelines

Any delivery date or timeline we provide is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Project timing may be affected by technical complexity, revision rounds, late feedback, changed scope or circumstances outside our control.

Fees and payment

Fees for services are stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

We reserve the right to suspend or postpone work in the event of late or non-payment.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing intellectual property, internal methods, templates, workflows, design systems and reusable assets remain our property.

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed right to use the final deliverables for its internal business and project purposes.

Client materials

If the client provides files, drawings, models, specifications or other materials, the client confirms that it has the right to share and use them for the project.

The client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and ownership of all materials provided to us.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public project information with reasonable confidentiality and do not disclose it to third parties unless necessary for service delivery, legal compliance or with the client’s permission.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided as digital engineering support based on the information available at the time of performance.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee that deliverables are error-free or suitable for manufacturing, certification, compliance or safety-critical use without independent review and validation by the client or a qualified third party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from the website or the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, production time, business opportunity or damage resulting from third-party software, suppliers, manufacturers or client-provided materials.
